2013 Block of the Month Clubs

This year so far I’m participating in three Block of the Month clubs. I really enjoy sewing but I’m tired of making things for my Etsy store with no assurance that it will be bought, and I don’t want to make the same bags over and over again either. So I’m quilting. I suppose it was inevitable. But I am most assuredly a modern quilter. I joined a few clubs this year, a couple were gifts from my awesome Mother, and I’m really hoping they’ll keep my crafty needs satisfied for the most part. I might make a few two zip hipsters for the store but overall I think I’m going to relax and just make some things for me and the family this year. Long term projects, if you will.
