Who doesn't love the movie A Christmas Story? NO ONE, that's who! Here's my version of the leg lamp, paper pieced.
This block finishes 18″ x ~8″.

Fabric requirements:
- Scraps of black faux suede for the shoe
- 1/4 yd of nylon netting
- 1/4 yd of flesh colored woven cotton for the leg
- 1/4 yd of gold colored woven cotton for the lamp shade
- Scraps of black for the stocking band
- 1/2 yd of background fabric
- 1/2 yd of fringe
